It may not work to separate the helpers module from webhooks, but it's worth a shot!

Hmmm. So far this isn't working very well. Git is not happy at all. Think I may end up leaving the two modules in webhooks together.

Edit: Probably not worth trying to separate the two files, so closing this issue and keeping #46
