Fixes #82 - Create daily new issue table model for db #83

I went ahead and trashed the old models from the previous let's-keep-all-issues-and-events concept and added just the "daily new issue" table for the db. I have the milestone data table ready as well, so as soon as this is merged, I'll rebase and send in a PR for #67.

Let me know if you think I missed anything, @karlcow 🐮 !

Edit: Yipes! Yes, totally missed something. Need to either trash everything relating to the rest of the tables I killed... or leave it in for now. Easier to do the latter. I'll open another issue for the formal mercy killing of the old database setup. ☠️
