Heroku doesn't have a file system so storing the data on Heroku is not really possible. There's AWS S3 probably. https://help.heroku.com/K1PPS2WM/why-are-my-file-uploads-missing-deleted

This will delay my initial plan which was to release today the #5 issue. (ping @magsout ) I need to come up with a solution. :)

For a read only and in a temporary fashion I could still use la-grange for providing the file that the app needs.

We can't deploy a dataset on Heroku. We have to rely on external storage. See #63
