Since my hacked up scripts just started collecting data today, the range of dates here isn't going to be as ample as the other milestones... but at least it will exist. (Over the weekend I'll see if I can port in some back data from when we started using the current milestone tracking method.)

Once this is merged, https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat-metrics-client/pull/148 can be merged as well (assuming @magsout thinks it's ready).
