COW stands for CompatibilityOnWeb

Hrm. I might just try "Report Issue" but I feel like that's kind of vague and I'm afraid something like "BugReporter" might be misinterpreted. Maybe "Site Issue"? or "Site Issue 💩" or "Site Issue 🙈🔫".

That last one might be too dark for children though.
