Unable to login to Angry Birds #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch Chrome, go to CWS
  2. Install Angry Birds from the web store.
  3. Launch it.
  4. Try to login

What is the expected result? A sign-in dialog should show up askign for credentials.

What happens instead? Nothing happens.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This works fine on stable build - 33.0.1750.149 (Official Build 255236) m

Both trying to login using the Button below the player and Clicking on the image "Login to Play" doesn't launch the sign-in dialog.

Able to repro this issue on 35.0.1884.0 (Official Build 256182) canary.

Whoever owns the logic code will have to update it. Can we reach out to Rovio (or whoever else runs this?

showModalDialog is going to go away in M36, so they have a bit of time to update but not much.
