[research] The GitHub API is now on v4 #2059

It would be good to explore and discover if some of the things in https://developer.github.com/v4/ can help us make a better webcompat.com

This is the GraphQL API, which I guess it means its stable now. I think we can simplify quite a bit of the frontend model code, at the very least.
