Description of request

At the Nov 17th WCCG meeting we defined a docs MVP which could replace the current webcomponents.org content if completed. It included:

• [ ] https://github.com/webcomponents-cg/docs-and-guides/issues/30
• [ ] https://github.com/webcomponents-cg/docs-and-guides/issues/31

Thinking through the needs of visitors to the MVP site, I would also propose adding:

• [ ] https://github.com/webcomponents-cg/docs-and-guides/issues/32

so that readers can continue on to projects that will help them build.
