chore: setup page with some examples #4

This is an alternative to https://github.com/webcomponents-cg/docs-and-guides/pull/2

There are primary only md or data files as the all templates are within @rocket/lauch.

Comes with

Mobile Layout (including Mobile swipeable Drawer)
Search
Service worker that caches already visited pages so they work offline
Social Media images
...

YET TO DO

I've got plans for that interop article, theoretically I could start even without merging this, but I'd be more comfortable branching from main if possible. We can always shuffle content later then do a 'soft' launch

I'd like to get @castastrophe 's approval before we merge
