WIP: Create tests #8

Hello @obetomuniz,

First for all, congrats for slush package. It's very useful :)

This PR has some changes finished and another are in progress, like:

[x] Update version of dependencies
[x] Create tests for default task
[ ] Create tests for repo task

I plan to finish the job soon but wanted to share what I'm doing for you can see if have something to improve :)

@obetomuniz OMG, I see only now the current versions at continuous integration. Do you have any idea do upgrade that? If not, let me know because I go fix this Pull Request 👍

Hey @ceasbz, nice job with the tests, so please, go ahead to fix it, just keep in mind that before I accept this PR you'll need sync yours insertions in the webcomponents/generator-element project too.
