Update some dependencies, ensure docpad compatibility to node stable version #311

Hello everyone.

Apparently I've been doing some cleaning work on DocPad-based repositories, hahaha. @zenorocha recommended me to take a look here.

I have updated docpad as well as its dependencies and added the stable version of Node as a compatible engine for Travis CI.

Also updated some other grunt dependencies and changed the ^ for ~ as it's less chance to break the building process if some dependency change the API considering they follow semver.

Off-topic: I find it odd that bower is mentioned in the README file. There is no grunt bower task and no bower dependency so I removed the reference.

Please take a look at the PR and let me know if I need to change anything.
