Update Edge support for Shadow DOM and Custom Elements #349

The description and link for Edge Shadow DOM is quite outdated.

Here comes the up-to-date one http://status.modern.ie/shadowdom

Intend to begin development soon

additionally we should add it for custom elements - Development is likely for a future release.
