cyclical redirects for article page #359

I have no idea why this is happening. Any thoughts @tjsavage ?

looks like it's not adding a trailing slash. It doesn't happen locally though

temporarily adding a hardcoded link in the markdown to point to the correct page. this should be dynamically rendered so we should update the content in Beta

added the label UPDATE IN BETA to notate these for content migration / cc @tjsavage
