Move to Neovim #17

Migrating to Neovim is really a non-issue, however, I should update the docs to include a reference to neovim installation and should recommend it over vim, as there is really NO reason to be using the normal vim right now. Almost all major plugins are compatible.

fixed the docs in 10c822680cf5df897e91260cb7ffc004114556ba. I'm "requiring" NeoVim for now, but I can always add vim back in the future with a bit of added documentation.
