translate pentaho user console to simplified chinese

It's great to have a contribution for the chinese language pack!

However, you removed the files: data/zh_CN/resources/lang/messages.properties data/zh_CN/resources/lang/messages_en.properties data/zh_CN/resources/lang/messages_pt_PT.properties

but you were not supposed to, as these files localize the entries of the language pack installer itself. Please push an additional commit restoring these files, and I'll accept the pull request at once.
