Ability to specify speed of simulation #137

Nice addition would be to have ability to specify a speed of simulation. Just a slider, with min 200ms and max 2s

Should the speed be saved to local storage aswell to save it between session? And should the speed be Set before the game starts or during the game?

no need for local storage, and it should be set before the game starts
