what modifications needed to make it work with supabase as the project readme says we have t modify to get it working with ext postgres provider

You have to edit the index.ts file in src/db and follow the steps to intigrate supabase with drizzle. Idk what that looks like but this is how it looks like using neon Screenshot 2024-08-28 125503
