Composer: Move Packagist package name to webdevops/metaseo
Part of the migration is already done via 5070efef30418c3f47ecf22415e14f92470a2f5c but it needs to be documented.
webdevops/metaseo has been registered and mblaschke/metaseo has been abandoned.

When upgrading, Composer points users to the new package name:
Package mblaschke/metaseo is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use webdevops/metaseo instead.
Most users should use the TER package name as recommended via documentation.
Not affected users: Those who installed metaseo via TYPO3 extension manager (TER) or via TER's composer repository are not affected
Affected users: Those who have installed metaseo via composer from Packagist. To receive further updates, they should do the following Migration:
To stay with Packagist, run:
composer remove mblaschke/metaseo composer require webdevops/metaseo -o
Or migrate to TER's composer repository (recommended):
composer remove mblaschke/metaseo composer require typo3-ter/metaseo -o
