Added Delay Functionality for ADO usage #67

Hi guys,

ADO is giving massive over usage from the exporter, this may help there.

I don't have a way to test this locally, but can provision if needed. Could someone take a quick look and tell me if I'm on the right track?

The alternate is to switch to the MS ADO go client, but this should do the same.
