@webdoc/template-library published incorrectly. #113

Version 1.2.1 should contain fix for bug https://github.com/webdoc-labs/webdoc/pull/105 But if you install latest version of @webdoc/template-library and look at LinkerPlugin.js - you will not see that fix there Presumably it was published incorrectly

Indeed, I have not published webdoc 1.2.1 correctly. The changelog says "version update only" so something's going on. I'll do 1.2.2 this evening.

@webdoc/template-library 1.2.2 should have that fix!
