I Can't install wdio-cucumber-framework on Node 12 because of a fibre issue in V3. wdio-sync already fixed this it seems: https://github.com/webdriverio/webdriverio/issues/3895

Nevermind, I didn't notice this is now a graveyard and a new project has been released.
