Fix links to Travis CI and wdio-dot-reporter #103

There are some links that still point to the webdriverio organization instead of the webdriverio-boneyard org. This PR corrects the ones that I can.

It looks like it may also be necessary for someone who has access to CodeClimate and David to update the URLs to the project there and then update them in the README.

@christian-bromann thanks for the heads up! I was considering tackling adding attachment support from junit-report-builder as suggested in #2. Should I hold off on that PR until 5.0 is out? I'm probably not hip to the release plan.
