Update selenium-standalone to 6.15 #50

To have the latest upstream bugfixes. I have a problem with hash-only navigation, not sure if this change will resolve it, but anyways I think it needs to be bumped when there's an upstream release.

@AronNovak thanks for the PR but it is not necessary because the dependency is defined with a ^ which will always pull the latest minor version that is available.

Makes sense, thanks, but is a new release planned in the near future then to have the latest selenium-standalone?

It should already get the latest selenium-standalone if you install it now
