When you rename Pages in WEC Package than 90 of people forget to change also the alias name and wonder that it still says "about-us" even the page is meanwhile in German as mainlanguage id=0 default. Therefore I recommend to delete all alias names in the WEC Package to increase userfriendliness for non-english multilingual dedault pages content.
