The following should not trigger a rebuild (they should all evaluate to the same target):

WORKSPACE $ ./examples/python/sourcelibrary:sourcelibrary
WORKSPACE $ examples/python/sourcelibrary:sourcelibrary
WORKSPACE $ examples/python/sourcelibrary:sourcelibrary/
WORKSPACE $ .././examples/python/sourcelibrary:sourcelibrary
