Does Helixer produce multiple isoforms? #114

Hello,

Thank you for providing this software.

I have produced some annotations using Helixer - I am now trying to process them using the KinFin pipeline described here: https://kinfin.readme.io/docs/starting-from-protein-files.

I am at the stage "Filter out non-longest isoforms" - when I run this I am getting the result that 100% of the predicted genes are the longest isoform - I wanted to check if it is the case that Helixer only provides the longest isoform? Or if something has gone wrong here?

Thank you and best wishes,

Laura

Helixer does not give multiple isoforms, it only produces one transcript for one gene.

Good to know - thank you!
