Regenerate single genomes with multiple data changes

• new length of 7 9 12 10 3 = 22680 (maybe the slightly larger length will also be a bit beneficial)
• new shortest intron length of 20
• shorter and adaptive UTR error length

• settled with 3 6 9 11 12 = 21384 for the new length
• shortest intron length was 20 already, now set via config
