fix(media-helpers): fix babel config

This pull request addresses

Media-helper was not creating source maps while building. This caused issue in locally linking sdk with web-app.

by making the following changes

We had already created babel-config.js for each packaged, and later calling code was added. Because of this media-helper didnt have the babel-config to suppor the new tooling. Added the newer babel-config.
