fix(plugin-meetings): update MQE for MARI related metrics

This pull request addresses

Currently, there were a couple of MARI-related metrics with incorrect values. The purpose of this PR is to update metrics for the Web client.

by making the following changes

Add mariRtxEnabled, mariLiteEnabled, remove remoteReceiveRate

@brycetham, thanks for your comments. We definitely need to check MQA_STATS usage as a part of refactoring. I aligned data for it for now, but let's see later if it is useful to keep
