docs: configuration for WSL #61

The plugin doesn't work as expected for WSL development on Windows. After adding the configuration like this, it works perfectly.

Problems

Can't Open the VS Code after selecting the component, here's the output:

Could not open xx.vue in the editor.

Should be closed #52
