loading css 400 error, what can i do?

I am getting the following error when inspecting the JS loading: failed to load resources (400) font.googleapis.com https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Viga:700&subset=Latin

I am not even using this viga font...

What can be the cause and what is the solution???
