Update and improve the ComponentDisplay component and the home page of the component section of the docs

The home page currently displays the ComponentViewer component, and gets data from the card_data.js file.

New entries should be added to card_data for components that aren't currently listed.
Sections for extensions and layouts should be included
If possible, better images for the components should be created, and light/dark images should be toggled when light/dark mode is toggled.
