Enable blog section for release highlights #163

Enable the docusaurus Blog section. Initially, this section should include a post for each new release, highlighting new features with some teaser samples (e.g., screenshots, short videos, code samples).

  1. Start by using the default layout of the Docusaurus blog.
  2. Investigate the possibility of adding a subscription field to allow people to subscribe to new blog posts and releases.
  3. Begin by creating three posts for the last three releases, starting with version 24.00.

All required information about what's new and what has been added or fixed is available in the release notes of WebforJ versions on GitHub. For example: https://github.com/webforj/webforj/releases/tag/24.00
