Rotativa.aspnetcore is not functional in Ubuntu 16.04 . getting permission denied exception

I used windows intially to run .net core web api (2.1) and it was perfect and was able to generate PDF's from cshtml files.

But when i deploy same project in Ubuntu its giving the below exceptions.
