.Net Core 3.0 #210

Hi,

I tried migrate my project from .net core 2.2 to 3.0 and I get a issue on Rotativa Configuration.Setup it is returning the message below.

Argument 1: cannot convert from 'Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting.IWebHostEnvironment' to 'Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting.IHostingEnvironment' {my project name}
\src{my project name}\Startup.cs

any plan to migrate it to .net core 3.0 ?
