Port repository to a shareable webgme-cli repo. #4

This way anyone can add seeds, plugins, decorators from this repository using the webgme-cli tool.

This PR also contains minor changes to the seed and code:

Added documentation node and initial doc in Root.
Registered the import- and export-plugins for FCO (this could be tightened).
Fixed the paths to common/util/*

Please make sure everything works on your machine.

Also note that webgme is now a peer-dependency https://nodejs.org/en/blog/npm/peer-dependencies/.
