Updates and clean up #3

Drop create-react-app setup and explicitly use webpack, babel etc.
Enable mounting of front-end on non-root path.
Refactor code-generator and app Modia code generation support.
Use released versions of material ui.
Add docker-compose.yml (this need elaboration for running docker-workers).

N.B. Merge this when the engine has been released as this points to the git branch and not npm registry.
