This PR removes initial-scale=1.0 in meta viewport so that users on mobile have uncropped layout.

I tried a different mobile design. Try it out. Can revert if it's no good.

LGTM with nit: Could we move "Fix me on GitHub" ribbon at the very bottom of the page on mobile?
