Remove request unmasked button #4

Following https://github.com/gpuweb/gpuweb/pull/4316 and https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/4915643, this PR removes the "request unmasked" button from https://webgpureport.org/ as unmaskHints is not a thing anymore.

FYI type and backend are now available when WebGPU developer features flag is enabled in Chrome Canary ;)
