Lacks option to disable the banner after the cookies are disabled #37

Since i'm using the shortcode to reset the consent in case someone wants to re-enable the cookies on my website i would need an admin flag to disable the dialog after consent was denied,

Visto che uso lo shordcode per ri attivare il consenso varei bisogno che il banner con la possibilità di accettare i cookies scompaia se i cookies sono stati negati.
