Upgrade to Sylius 1.7 #3

This plugin should be updated to support Sylius 1.7. These changes need to be taken into consideration: https://github.com/Sylius/PluginSkeleton/compare/v1.4.0...v1.7.5

Also those Twig templates mentioned in #2 should be updated.
