Implement Samba server to access LittleFS #66

Let's get crazy with some ideas. Why not have a Samba server running on Pico W which could be used to access LittleFS partition? I'm lazy and I'd love to be able to remotely replace the files on Pico.

  2. find minimal samba server library

I think SCP or SFTP would be nicer to the CPU
