Design 'scan complete' UI notification #316

Design UI to sign up for notifications when the scan is completed.

@molant do we also need to design the actual notification? How is the notification being sent?

It will use the system notifications so we will just need an image.

What are the size/file requirements for the image for this? I'm thinking we could use the image from the old favicon with a check mark to should scan completed.

Did you end up using an image in https://github.com/MicrosoftEdge/pushnotifications-demo? It should be the same. If not, 192x192 seems to be the standard from the docs I'm reading.

@molant is there a preference between the two of these? And once we pick, do you want me to just email the image to you?

If these images have the right resolution already no need to do anything else. We'll pick one once we do the work and test in different browsers.

Saved out at 192x192 and 72dpi (screen res). Should be all good.
