As a user I want to opt-out of tracking features of web sites so I can protect my privacy

Implementation of Do Not Track (like Firefox http://dnt.mozilla.org/) to opt out of tracking features on web sites

This would need to be part of a settings app, labelling with settings until we start on a settings app.
