Logging - #133

[gotchazipc]

• implmented new logging API with winston & winston-syslog
• implemented compatiblity layter (log-manager.js) on new API
• removed express-morgan and replaced to our own loggin middleware
• added sample configuration for syslog & logrotate
• misc. fixes for jshint errors.

Before merging, we have to apply some syslog configurations to webida.net/org servers
