RGB percentage colors don't always match color input swatch #105

For example: rgb(0%, 40%, 100%) is a darker blue. Probably still a problem with parsing % values. Related to #91. May just need to clear cache? Try a CloudFront invalidation first.

It works locally.

Seems to have resolved itself with some cache clearing. 🤷🏽‍♀️
