Add support for CSS level 4 rgb/hsl color syntax

Supported in Firefox so far, but need to handle rgb(0 255 0) (no commas) syntax.

Best idea is to normalize the syntax to add commas rather than doing some more advanced string parsing.

Partially added for rgb() colors with fce4cc298e4c4fbd421abc12affa1fece127d592.

Still need to:

[ ] Fix error checking regex to allow rgb(100 100 100) syntax
[ ] Fix error checking regex to allow hsl(100 100% 50%) syntax
[ ] Correctly parse hsl(100 100% 50%) or add commas to it so that those values work.
