⬆️ Webiny Version Upgrades Improvements #2724

We would make the upgrade process so simple and seamless that it matches a SaaS-like experience. However, this is challenging due to the open-source nature of the product. There are strategic changes we can implement to the release process and the version management to allow users to either skip versions or only upgrade once a quarter
