Introduction

Webiny is a progressive open source, serverless CMS. Webiny has lots of exciting features such as a File manager which is built of serverless infrastructure to handle any media library. In this tutorial, we will build an innovative application, a music app with Webiny inspired by Spotify.

Goals

The goal of this article will be to show how Webiny makes it seamless to handle files at scale in a serverless-first content hub. Rather than wasting time setting up third-party providers such as Cloudinary to handle files, the platform makes it painless to set up file management while exposing the same with a lean GraphQL API.

Outline

Why use Webiny CMS? We Will discuss how traditional platforms lock us in a set of features. Talk about the power of API-centric CMS platforms, Serverless infrastructure in content management, and how this opens the door to creating an omnichannel experience across all users' touchpoints.
