Cookie agreement reappears #1

If you agree with the cookies, that re-opens, until you stop using WASP (by turning off FoxyProxy).

Thanks Arjen, This is a good place for bug reports ;) I just changed the issue name.

I can't yet say why this happens. This occurs while browsing and we are just using the Internet Archive's warcprox for this. So the bug is most likely there, but it needs some more investigation (on my part) to pinpoint it.

Tnx! I guess it partially has to do with the fact that the web is not as easy as just HTTP any more. Still nice to have ppl check independently if it is just my setup or reproducible.
